Ovantis Hightech quality policy is to manufacture quality products to satisfy customer’s requirements and enhance continual improvements and effectiveness of the quality management system.
The goal of Ovantis Hightech quality assurance system is the establishment of a fundamental quality system that provides for continuous improvements and emphasizing defects prevention and the reduction of non-conforming products.
We have obtained our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems, certified by SGS (UKAS Quality Management) certification body. We have fully fledged quality teams consist of Manager, Engineers, Supervisors and Inspectors. Involvement of Quality Assurance teams starts from the beginning of a new projects, all cosmetic and critical dimension are being inspected during the initial first article inspection stage.
Furthermore, all inspection standards, work instruction and critical dimension are being established for In-Process Quality Assurance, Outgoing Quality Assurance and Incoming Quality Assurance reference during mass production. These documents are updated on a regular basis if and when necessary. All documents are properly identified, controlled and distributed in accordance to our control of documents procedures.
We also equipped with the basics measurements equipments, such as profile projector, micrometer, pin gauges, high gauge and digital calipers. These equipments are properly maintained and calibration is conducted by accredited bodies on yearly basis.
